I specialize in IBE®️extensions, blonding that is as safe and effective as possible, and formaldehyde free keratin. I also create a special bond between myself and my clients. I really enjoy getting to know my clients and I can help them decide what hair services are best suited for their hair and lifestyles. Most often, hair is not a “one size fits all” approach. If I don’t feel like something is going to be best for for you, I will be honest and let you know. For me, it’s not about the bottom dollar. It’s about what’s best for my clients and their hair. I want you to feel beautiful and confident every day. Every client should come to every appointment with clean, dry hair. It is a misconception that “dirty hair is better” for color appointments. It actually can affect how well your color takes or how bright we can lift your hair if highlighting. It really can negatively affect your desired outcome and/or how long your color may last. I have retail products available for purchase that I have personally selected. I do not carry just one line. I pick and choose my favorite products from various lines. I believe EVERY person should be using a leave in/heat protection on their hair after every wash. It makes a huge difference. Please support your local small businesses by shopping local. Taking photos of retail products and buying them on Amazon does not support local businesses and families. I want to mention that I do, and have always had, a cancellation policy. It is a 72 hour cancellation policy. Last minute cancellations and no shows will be subject to a 50% fee of scheduled service. Multiple cancellations or no shows will result in not being able to schedule future services. I value your time and ask the same of mine. I also need everyone to confirm your appointments when you receive your reminders. This actually does help a lot. Non confirmed appointments are subject to potential cancellation on my end. Additionally, appointments can be made and confirmed online quickly and easily via my scheduling app - Gloss Genius. Cancellation Policy
Ideally, as much notice as possible is appreciated to cancel your appointment but at least a 72 hour notice is required to cancel. Same day cancellations and no-shows will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service. In addition, should you decide to drop a larger service off of the original booked appointment the day of, it is treated as a cancellation and you will be responsible for 50% of the original service amount that was dropped. All deposits are non-refundable but do go towards your service total. Failure to confirm your appointment could result in an automatic cancellation. Please confirm your appointment. Lastly, if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may need to be rescheduled or may have to forfeit the finishing touches of the service such as a blowout and/or style.
